It was gorgeous. The views the beach was amazing.

I did feel like the staff was choosy on who they wanted to serve which seemed a little impartial which was sad because the people who they chose to appeal treated them not nice epically with tips but because what they looked like. Hopefully they do better

My wife and I stayed for 5 days. The hotel was next to the beach. Our room had a pool and ocean view. The staff was polite and very helpful. There are a couple of restaurants with different cuisine. The food was great and well arranged, especially for dinner. I would recommend the TRS Turquesa hotel to anyone who wants a nice vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and we liked it all.

The staff is wonderful and make sure you are well taken care of. The beach is beautiful.

The “travel club” people are relentless in trying to sell you their club which is like a time share. They roam around looking to talk to you all the time.

Was an extremely relaxing and accommodating resort experience!!

Different pools and dining options. Could walk around or catch a ride. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beach access. Serene grounds. Spa was fabulous! Very zen throughout!

Bathroom facilities at pools could have used a little extra attention and our sliding door to the pool was very loud and squeaky.

Swim up suites are amazing!

The European guests were not friendly with darker skin guests. I saw several instances of racially charged interactions. Beware. Hotel staff and management were excellent though.

Excellent choice, my husband and I had a very relaxing vacation, the staff went over and beyond!

The facility expanse and beyond our expectation, lush and green and huge compound! There was so much greenery and v. pleasing to the eyes -manicured v.well kept. Helios for breakfast had amazing sea views and live music everyday. It was like paradise. The sea colors were beyond words! Loved the staff, very courteous and helpful, the beach was great and seaweed kept being cleaned out. Dinner restaurants were very elegant and food was great except for the Indian restaurant, it was average. Our Butler Estarlyn was great and LisaMarie, Angela and Ignacio were awesome. Food variety and choices were mind boggling. We could only eat seafood or veg due to religious reasons and non alcoholic drinks. The staff always made us fancy non alcoholic drinks :) There was a great variety. Desserts were one of kind and amazing! Entertainment was good. Always something happening on the grounds. There was always a trolley available to take us to places and restaurants. Absolutely loved TRS Turquesa.

The location was nice and we enjoyed our time together as a family very much.

I liked the pools and the food.

Several nights after watching the shows, it was confusing figuring out how to get back to our room. There wasn’t a clear place to stand to wait for the ride that would take us back. We had to wait 30 min once to find a ride and the driver wasn’t actually going to our room area but took us anyway since we didn’t know how to get back. The bathrooms in our room were awful. No real door where the toilet is and the door we had didn’t shut properly. I really hated the bathroom setup.

Very relaxing and fun experience, one that I look forward to making again soon.

The staff was very helpful and friendly anytime we needed anything.

I wish someone would have told me that the “offer” to go for a tour of the property and breakfast was only a sales pitch for a travel club. I feel like I was tricked into wasting 4 hours of my time on my much needed vacation when all I really wanted was a true tour. The property is huge and it takes newcomers 3-4 days to figure things out so a true hotel provided orientation would have been an exceptionally nice touch.

Excellent choice if you need a relaxing, worry free vacation.

This was an adult-only hotel which was wonderful, and peaceful, and the staff was excellent. Breakfast and lunch options were fantastic- all-inclusive. The alcoholic beverages included top-shelf liquors and amazing mixed drinks. The room was nice but did not have a pool view as we had requested. There is no elevator.

There were many specialty restaurants but is was hard to get reservations. Dinner was not as good as breakfast and lunch. We are vegetarian and there were almost no options for us, except in the Indian restaurant and it was hard to get a reservation.

Staff was amazing. Room service was great. Pools were clean. Property didn't feel overcrowded, always felt like you have privacy, but could interact with other guests if you wanted.

Air Conditioning was not quite powerful enough. Also, should emphasize that this is a resort best fit for couples, not for friend group trips

The staff was outright amazing! I’ve never received better service and care while on vacation.

Ran into an incident about reservations so be careful when making “reservations” because you might be actually paying for it and not just reserving it.

We loved the facilities and the way the staff were so accommodating, but the food wasn’t great.

The facilities are lovely, with very clean pools and lots of seating to choose from.

Overall, relaxing!

The staff were very welcoming, the location was great and close to the beach.

The mesh door screen needs to be replaced. Mosquitoes and bugs were still coming through the ripped mesh. should be a way to connect it spits closed.
